Job summary

66degrees is looking for an Associate Delivery Manager to support and manage client engagements with a strong emphasis on agile delivery. You will partner with senior delivery leaders and technical teams to ensure solutions are executed effectively and delivered on time in a fast-paced cloud consulting environment.

You will collaborate across cloud, data, and application development streams, lead standups and ceremonies, and maintain project health, scope, milestones, and financials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project coordination or scrum mastery experience.
• A Scrum/Agile certification is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Workspace, or Asana.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate client needs into actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage small-to-medium projects or workstreams from initiation to completion using agile principles.
• Facilitate day-to-day operations for cross-functional teams (cloud, data, AI, application development).
• Lead daily standups, scrum ceremonies, and project status meetings.
• Document requirements, track milestones, and log risks/issues with clear scope.
• Resolve issues and escalate to senior management when needed to maintain progress.
• Maintain project health by tracking scope, schedules and deliverables; keep PM tools updated.
• Own project financials and margins, track burn and profitability.
• Prepare status updates, retrospectives, and health reports for stakeholders.
• Develop domain and technical knowledge in cloud/data solutions and maintain certifications.
