Amazon is seeking a Sr. Station Leader in Utah to oversee delivery station operations, budget, and people development, guiding a team of Ops, Area and Shift Managers to meet performance and financial goals in a 24/7 environment.

This role partners with Transport, DSPs, Finance, HR and Engineering to drive lean initiatives, safety, quality and customer experience while building leadership bench strength and strong employee relations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in a logistics or distribution environment.
• Proven track record delivering performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drive vision and lead quality, process improvement, and lean initiatives.
• Set expectations for managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and cross-functional partners to secure resources.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and develop leadership bench strength.
• Recruit and develop top talent and implement talent plans.
