Amazon is seeking a Sr. Station Leader in Greensboro, NC to oversee all aspects of delivery station operations, safety, quality, and performance. You will coach and mentor a team including Operations, Area and Shift Managers, and drive lean process improvements to meet business goals.

The role requires leading a 24/7 operation, managing DSP relationships, and delivering strong results while developing leadership bench strength within the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics, fulfillment, last-mile, manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven ability to deliver performance and financial results under pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication in English and local language; ability to manage diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, performance and people development for delivery station operations.
• Lead lean initiatives and process improvements to meet business goals.
• Set expectations for Operations, Area and Shift Managers and measure performance.
• Manage 24/7 operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and drive talent development.
