Job summary

You will lead and coach a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, driving lean initiatives and process improvements to meet business plans. The role requires managing DSPs, hiring top talent, and building leadership strength across the site. The position supports a 24/7 operation and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 7+ years’ direct management experience in logistics/fulfillment environments.
• Experience with performance metrics and lean techniques.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing third-party resources and contingent workforce.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development across delivery station operations.
• Drive the station vision and implement quality, process changes and lean initiatives.
• Define and communicate expectations for managers; measure performance and drive accountability.
• Manage relationships with DSPs and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Develop talent plans, succession planning and employee engagement at the site.
