Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Station Leader for a Delivery Station in Kent, WA. You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, driving safety, quality and performance while aligning budget and people development with the DS business plan.

You will implement lean initiatives, manage DSP relationships, hire and mentor leaders, and present metrics to senior leadership for 24/7 operations across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of direct management experience in logistics or related field.
• Track record of delivering performance and financial results under high pressure.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and lean techniques.
• Full lifecycle staffing: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions, terminations.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safety, quality, performance, customer experience and people development for all delivery station operations.
• Drive vision for station team and create quality initiatives and lean changes to meet business goals.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations, Area and Shift Managers; measure performance and provide feedback.
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and relationships with DSPs.
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership; hire and develop top talent.
• Collaborate with partners across Transport, DSP Management, Finance, HR, IT and Engineering to secure resources.
