Amazon Logistics is seeking a Sr. Station Leader responsible for budgetary, people development and operations objectives for a Delivery Station (DS).

You will lead a team of Operations, Area and Shift Managers, coach and mentor staff to meet performance targets, drive safety and employee relations, and build leadership bench strength within the DS. Key duties include ensuring safety, quality and customer experience, driving lean initiatives, setting expectations for managers, managing 24/7

Responsibilities

• Safety, quality and customer experience leadership for all DS operations
• Lead and coach Operations, Area and Shift Managers; set expectations and measure performance
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the DS
• Manage 24/7 delivery station operations and DSP relationships
• Present operational metrics to senior leadership and build leadership bench strength
• Hire and develop top talent; implement talent plan including learning, succession and engagement
• Share best practices across departments and shifts to improve performance
