Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management, Agile delivery, or enterprise IT program support.
• Experience managing operations and maintenance delivery across multiple Salesforce orgs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management across Agile sprint cycles with scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Agile Facilitation: plan sprints, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Backlog and Tooling: maintain groomed, prioritized backlog; keep Jira items accurate.
• Reporting and Stakeholders: provide transparent status, risk, issue, action, and milestone reporting.
