NICE in Manchester is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee a portfolio of digital, data and technology initiatives aligned to our strategic priorities. You will shape, plan and deliver change with agile and/or waterfall approaches, ensuring value and user outcomes.

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and capacity across multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication, facilitation and workshop design skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large/complex digital and tech initiatives using agile and/or waterfall approaches.
• Manage delivery risk, dependencies, resourcing and capacity with data-driven insights.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and external partners, influencing without direct authority.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery performance, risks, progress and benefits using delivery tools.
• Support portfolio and governance practices ensuring alignment with NICE strategy and standards.
• Line-manage and coach Agile Delivery Manager(s) and support their development.
• Foster continuous improvement and share lessons across the organisation.
• Communicate effectively to resolve complex delivery issues with senior stakeholders.
