Qualifications

• 6–8 years of digital or integrated agency project management experience.
• 2+ years of writing scopes of work and contracts.
• Strong estimation skills and experience managing multiple projects and client relationships.
• Experience using Workfront.
• Knowledge of budgets, profitability, resource planning, and scope management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from discovery through delivery, managing timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the client’s day-to-day source of truth across project plans and briefs.
• Coordinate creative teams and external vendors across workstreams.
• Monitor project health, scope, profitability, and risks; resolve issues.
• Support SOWs, change orders, client relationships, and account growth opportunities.
