Job summary

CreateFuture is seeking a senior leader to own outcomes across a portfolio of AI-native delivery engagements. You’ll shape how we win, mobilise and grow work, and set delivery guardrails to maintain quality and client confidence.

Based on client leadership, you’ll drive measurable results, oversee P&L and margins, and mentor a cadre of delivery leaders. The role emphasizes risk management, transformational delivery, and a culture of craft and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a digital transformation consultancy delivering complex projects for external clients.
• Comfort operating at COO/CTO/CIO level with strong commercial ownership and stakeholder management.
• Track record of leading AI-enabled delivery and developing delivery leaders into bigger roles.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for measurable outcomes and manage high-stakes rescues, scope re-baselining, and programme risk.
• Own large project P&L and account-level margin health, working closely with Client Partners to define strategy.
