Job summary

Turning Point is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change initiatives across operational services, corporate functions and digital teams. You will manage plans, budgets, governance and stakeholder engagement to ensure benefits and smooth transition to BAU.

The role offers flexible remote working, with occasional travel to London, Manchester and other Turning Point locations for workshops and activities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex business, technology or organisational change projects.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and organisational impact.
• Strong supplier, financial, risk and quality management capability.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in health, social care, public sector or complex people-centred organisations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change projects from initiation through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, governance arrangements and reporting.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change controls.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across business, operational and technical workstreams.
• Facilitate governance, decision-making and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects remain focused on agreed outcomes, benefits and organisational priorities.
• Manage supplier performance, implementation activities and transition into business-as-usual arrangements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project delivery practices and capability.
