You will oversee program governance, data-driven reporting, and people management, shaping delivery across health and human services initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in delivery management, program leadership, or related roles.
• Experience leading delivery across complex programs in healthcare/Medicaid domains.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the AGM as a Subject Matter Expert for delivery and contracts, including terms and conditions impact on delivery.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, IT, and product teams for comprehensive service delivery.
• Build and manage systematic delivery status reporting tailored to audiences.
• Foster connections with shared service leaders to tailor services for the customer.
• Establish data- and metrics-driven governance with clear escalation paths up to the COO.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, mentoring, performance management and other people responsibilities.
