Job summary

Career Techniques is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of technology and data initiatives, bridging business needs with technical solutions and aligning strategy with execution.

You will collaborate with Technology and Data teams, business function leads, and SMEs to manage projects from inception to delivery, applying agile practices and hands-on leadership across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology and data projects in complex environments.
• 12+ years in project management, end-to-end system implementations.
• Experience with agile practices; Scrum Master background is a strong plus.
• Strong data platform and architecture understanding.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology and data projects from initiation through to successful implementation.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and delivery plans.
• Apply agile project management practices to plan, prioritize and track work.
• Maintain a governance and reporting framework across the project lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders across business and technical functions to drive decisions and remove blockers.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, capacity constraints and delivery risks, driving timely resolution.
• Proactively orchestrate interlocks with external dependencies to ensure handoffs are anticipated.
