Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise and C-suite visibility.
Coordinate stakeholder interactions and ceremonies across business, technology, product, and operations.
Develop and implement program delivery dashboards; track flow metrics and value realization.
Apply SDLC/PDLC controls and Change Management practices; ensure risk and security standards compliance.
Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders; articulate ROI and investment health.
Identify and implement agile process improvements; mentor delivery managers and teams.
