Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise-scale programs, translating strategy into executable plans and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver value while modeling delivery excellence.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, drive executive communication and optimize flow with metrics, while mentoring delivery managers and aligning outcomes to business OKRs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of program/delivery management experience.
• Proven executive communication with senior leaders and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise and C-suite visibility; align outcomes to OKRs.
• Prepare and present concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders; translate complexity into business impact.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements for stable delivery; drive measurable flow improvements.
• Mentor and coach delivery managers and teams on Disciplined Agile framework and tools.
