Job summary

One Call in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise-critical initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Delivery Management, you will guide cross-functional teams, translate strategy into executable plans, and model delivery excellence across the organization.

The role emphasizes strategic program delivery (60%), executive communication (20%), and delivery excellence (20%), with a focus on risk, SDLC, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, information systems, engineering.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication with senior leadership and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery; SDLC, Change Management, and Risk/Security frameworks.
• Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC) or equivalent are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic program delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Own Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practices to sustain high-performing teams.
• Teach delivery values and cultivate a high-performance culture across the organization.
• Prepare concise executive updates, dashboards, and ROI analyses for senior leaders.
• Drive agile process improvements to improve flow, quality, and automation.
• Mentor delivery managers and team members in Disciplined Agile methods.
