Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise-critical outcomes. You will translate strategy into executable plans, mentor delivery teams, and model delivery excellence.

The role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and drives end-to-end program delivery with visibility to C-suite stakeholders. You will own the integrated delivery plan, manage risks to value, and advance SDLC/Change Management compliance while promoting automation, faster

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and business sponsors.
Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end strategic program delivery with enterprise visibility.
Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders and dashboards for ROI and investment health.
Identify and implement agile process improvements with measurable outcomes.
Mentor and coach delivery managers and teams on Disciplined Agile practices.
