Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery for enterprise-critical outcomes. You will translate strategy into executable plans, model delivery excellence, and coach teams to ship value.

The role emphasizes program delivery with C-suite visibility, and strong focus on risk, quality, and continuous improvement. You will own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 initiatives, develop dashboards, and mentor delivery managers and teams while aligning work with business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years of program / delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Experience with Agile, Lean and/or Continuous Delivery methodologies; SDLC/Change Management and Risk/Security frameworks.
Preferred: Healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries; Agile certifications.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise visibility.
Coordinate cross-functional ceremonies across business, technology, product and operations.
Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans and milestones.
Deliver executive-ready updates, ROI tracking, and investment health visuals.
Identify agile process improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
