Job summary

One Call seeks a Senior Manager Delivery to lead enterprise-critical initiatives using disciplined agile delivery. You will own end-to-end programs, coordinate with executives, and drive value realization across business and technology teams.

A strong track record in delivering complex, cross-functional programs is required. You will mentor delivery managers, educate teams on Disciplined Agile, and report progress with executive dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of program/delivery management leading cross-functional initiatives.
Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery; adherence to SDLC/Change Management.
Healthcare, insurance, or regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
Agile certifications (PgMP, DASSM, SAFe, SPC) or equivalent.
Experience building or transforming agile program management capability.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of Tier-1 strategic initiatives with enterprise and C-suite visibility.
Develop and implement program delivery dashboards and metrics; track flow and value realization.
Lead cross-functional delivery teams across business, technology, product, and operations.
Mentor and coach delivery managers on Disciplined Agile practices to enable a common way of working.
Prepare executive-ready status updates and ROI tracking for senior leaders.
