Job summary

One Call is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery to lead disciplined agile delivery across enterprise initiatives. This role reports to the VP, Delivery Management and guides cross-functional teams to meet strategic business and technology objectives, teaching delivery values and driving excellence across the organization.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery plans, align programs with business OKRs, and communicate with executives through concise dashboards and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of program/delivery management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven executive-level communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership and sponsors.
• Experience with Agile, Lean and Continuous Delivery methodologies; knowledge of SDLC/Change Management/Risk & Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission-critical delivery teams to achieve major business and technology programs.
• Own end-to-end Disciplined Agile Delivery processes and practices for high-performing teams.
• Teach Disciplined Agile delivery values, patterns, and tools to managers and teams.
• Own end-to-end program delivery with enterprise and C-Suite visibility; manage milestones, dependencies and decision points.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready updates for senior leaders; manage ROI and investment health with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement agile process improvements with measurable outcomes; mentor delivery managers and teams.
