Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Engagement Delivery Senior Manager on the Missionforce Professional Services team to lead delivery health, manage programs, and advise clients across Public Sector engagements. You will operate as an individual contributor, focusing on project delivery execution, customer relationship management, and ensuring outcomes.

You will partner with the Portfolio Delivery Leader, project teams, and stakeholders to maintain quality, transparency, and alignment to mission goals,

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects or professional services engagements in complex environments.
• Strong ability to run project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and contract commitments.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce product suite and implementation across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• Exceptional executive presence and written/verbal communication with program managers and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with government procurement, governance, and delivery nuances, including fixed-price contracts.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance (or higher) required; US citizenship without dual citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage day-to-day delivery health of assigned engagements, ensuring adherence to SPSM standards and governance.
• Create, lead, and review project plans; monitor timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Lead one or two large enterprise projects or multiple interrelated projects at the program level.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks; escalate as needed.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation planning, issue/risk management, and organizational change.
