Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce program delivery from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, and governance.
• Drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Oversee Salesforce releases, data migration, and environment management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across ERP, supply chain, order management, and data platforms.
• Lead UAT, deployment planning, RAID management, and escalation processes.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders in onshore/offshore delivery environments.
