Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Delivery Account Management Team Manager to lead a high-performing consultant group, coach talent, and align delivery with Salesforce methodology. You will manage the program, coach performance, and ensure consultant development while maintaining billable utilization.

You will interact with executive-level customers, drive certifications, and foster growth across the team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project and program management for external clients.
• 7+ years leading Salesforce engagements preferred.
• 5+ years supporting Public Sector Professional Services, preferred.
• 5+ years leading teams of 10+ people.
• Able to produce project plans with estimates for schedule and budget.
• Demonstrated experience running large teams up to 75+ people and budgets.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Willing to travel regionally and occasionally internationally as needed.
• Experience with large-scale transformation engagements for US Federal clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the program team and maintain clear communication and direction.
• Interface with customers as the primary program contact and ensure governance.
• Develop and monitor development plans, growth, and retention for consultants.
• Provide timely, behavior-based feedback and address performance concerns.
• Maintain ~25% billable utilization while ensuring delivery quality.
