Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Dallas seeks an experienced CDE II focused on Apps, Public/Private Cloud, Infra, Security, Workspace, and Consulting. You will own end-to-end service delivery for a key client and collaborate with delivery teams across functions to meet contractual commitments.

The role requires 8+ years in transitioning and managing complex services, strong governance, and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with customers in multiple industries.
• 8+ years transitioning and managing Applications, Public/Private Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Workspace and Consulting services.
• 8+ years managing a highly leveraged service environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end services for a specific client.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
• Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interactions with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Crisis Management/Disaster Plans and mitigation plans for yellow or red deliverables.
• Conduct Customer Governance meetings and manage outages/escalations.
• Drive automation and efficiency programs and improve service quality.
