Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead SAP ECS engagements, coordinating with SAP Services, Product support, and client teams to drive cloud transformations and service excellence.

You will manage multi-stakeholder relationships, ensure contract adherence, profitability, and timely delivery, while reporting on service levels and identifying opportunities to grow value for customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in project management or SAP operations.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing role.
• 2+ years in service management coordinating multiple clients.
• Experience with SAP cloud, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, SAP HANA databases, Linux/Windows, and hyperscalers.

Responsibilities

• Actively drives cloud transformation with key client stakeholders to promote S/4HANA adoption and standardization.
• Lead the customer engagement and align across SAP Services, Product support, ECS Partners and customer IT teams.
• Perform administrative tasks to manage the engagement (staffing, reporting, controlling).
• Deliver proactive service plans and handle reactive support requests.
• Conduct regular status and governance meetings with customers and extended account team.
