Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Austin, Texas seeks a Client Delivery Senior Director to lead private cloud and infrastructure delivery for public-sector clients. You will direct multiple delivery workstreams, align with enterprise architecture, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive value and reliable service outcomes.

Reporting to the COO, you will manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional teams, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• Ten years of IT service delivery, infrastructure, or private cloud delivery experience.
• Five years leading technical delivery or operations teams in client-facing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define private cloud delivery strategy with senior leadership and account management.
• Provide executive-level guidance for major private cloud, infrastructure, and managed services programs.
• Collaborate across functions to align operations, governance, and client-facing service improvements.
• Manage budgets, resources, risk, and customer commitments with delivery teams.
