Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of PM/delivery experience in P&C insurance software, 5+ years delivering SaaS, and proven ability to lead globally distributed teams and interact with C-level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP a plus.
• 15+ years PM/Delivery Lead in P&C insurance software.
• 5+ years leading SaaS delivery.
• 5+ years managing globally distributed delivery teams.
• 3+ years engaging with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead teams to deliver client projects.
• Meet revenue targets within the Services organization.
• Manage day-to-day activities: schedules, finances, changes.
• Make staffing decisions for the practice.
