Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Success Upgrade Technical Delivery Lead to guide engineering teams in defining technical requirements for the Duck Creek application. You will own upgrade planning, coordination, and delivery while serving as the primary engineering contact for customers and internal teams.

You will mentor staff, oversee code quality and deployment, and drive automation and efficiency in upgrade processes across multiple projects in a fast-paced P&C

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience in software development.
Experience in customer-facing roles and in leading teams.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams to define and review technical requirements for the Duck Creek application.
Oversee software upgrades planning, execution, and delivery.
Provide technical leadership with coding, testing, and deployment best practices.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely upgrade delivery.
Engage with stakeholders, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
