Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Delivery Lead to oversee multi-project delivery, drive schedules and budgets, and manage executive stakeholders across P&C SaaS implementations.

You will lead globally distributed teams, mentor staff, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while achieving revenue targets for the Services organization. This role requires strong leadership and client-facing communication in a fast-paced, flexible-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification a plus.
• 15+ years of Project Management / Delivery Lead experience in P&C insurance software implementations.
• 5+ years of delivering SaaS-based solutions.
• 5+ years of managing globally distributed delivery teams.
• 3+ years of meetings with C-level executives driving business outcomes.
• Experience leading projects and programs to on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Track record of leading $10M+ in professional services revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multiple complex projects for clients.
• Manage schedules, financials, and change requests to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and address risks impacting deliverables and serve as escalation point.
• Mentor project team members and develop trusted adviser relationships.
• Report project results and metrics to Services leadership.
• Manage engagement contracts and statements of work.
• Set expectations and delegate deliverables across teams.
• Develop proposals, requirements docs, and presentations for stakeholders.
