Job summary

LTIMindtree in the United States (Tampa, FL) seeks a senior onsite Director of Program & Project Management to own end-to-end delivery for large multitrack Duck Creek initiatives, including Policy, Billing, and Claims. You will lead governance, scope, budget, and executive reporting across business and technology teams, guiding upgrades and cloud/on‑prem deployments.

The role is highly client‑facing with weekly updates, coordinating with vendor and customer teams on discovery for major platform

Qualifications

Experience delivering large Duck Creek programs including policy, billing, and claims.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery for large multitrack Duck Creek initiatives (Policy, Billing and/or Claims).
Drive program governance, scope, budget releases and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
Orchestrate upgrades, enhancements, integrations and cloud/on-prem deployments on the Duck Creek platform.
Lead weekly executive reporting and maintain client/vendor coordination for platform changes.
