Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of program management experience in complex delivery environments.
- Strong experience leading Duck Creek implementations and upgrades.
- Experience with policy, billing, or claims workstreams in P&C insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Duck Creek implementation and upgrade programs.
- Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholders.
- Drive program planning, budgeting, milestones, risks, and governance.
- Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, releases, and deployments.
- Lead executive reviews, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
- Ensure delivery quality and alignment with business objectives.
