Job summary

Snowflake seeks a Sr. Technical Delivery Director, Global Delivery, to lead the Services Delivery teams in accelerating customer success on Snowflake journeys.

You will drive readiness, partner with Sales, and standardize delivery across regions while forecasting revenue and ensuring high satisfaction. The role requires extensive SD leadership, executive presence, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SD delivery experience.
• Experience building/leading Global Delivery Centers (GDC).
• Experience with large-scale database technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Delivery Team to meet customer goals and grow high-performance culture.
• Provide strategic guidance for complex engagements and executive-facing collaboration.
• Forecast revenue, utilization, and hiring goals across regional objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and partners to scale services delivery and ensure quality.
