Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the DeFi Borrow experience, bridging Coinbase's centralized platform with premier onchain protocols for simple, secure loan flows. You will define the strategy and drive the end-to-end product in web and mobile contexts.

The role requires shaping multi-quarter roadmaps, collaborating with Risk, Legal, and Finance, and leading engineering to deliver reliable borrowing workflows while responsibly leveraging AI and maintaining a strong customer

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Management shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale.
Ability to define multi-quarter strategy, translate to roadmaps and experiments.
Familiarity with onchain concepts and DeFi lending protocols to partner with engineers.
Proven use of quantitative analysis to inform decisions and simplify complex concepts.
Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Own the DeFi Borrow product area end-to-end from vision through execution.
Drive the multi-year roadmap for crypto-backed loans and new surfaces.
Define OKRs and lead cross-functional teams to meet them.
Partner with Engineering to ship scalable borrowing experiences with safety.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to meet regulatory expectations.
Build operational rigor with launch runbooks and incident playbooks.
