Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the AFLCMC/C3I division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires leading acquisition program management activities to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met while coordinating with government offices and prime contractors.

The position demands a DoD-focused background, strong leadership, and the ability to develop and manage acquisition strategies, reports, and documentation in support of major C2ISR programs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years of directly related experience.
• Must maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program management support to ensure successful execution of program cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Assist with planning, evaluation, and implementation of acquisition strategies and requirements analysis.
• Provide program management inputs to RFPs including SOWs, SRDs, and CDRLs.
• Review acquisition documentation and provide comments to ensure accuracy and consistency across program documentation.
