Torch Technologies is seeking a Principal Program Manager for the AFLCMC/C3I group at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on cradle-to-grave program management across cost, schedule, and performance objectives, with support for RFPs, documentation, and risk management. Requires DoD program experience and a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and DoD experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of directly related program management experience, with 5+ years in a DoD setting.
• Top-Secret clearance required and must be maintainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition program management support to ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Develop and review acquisition plans, SOWs, SRDs, and CPDs; coordinate with Government and prime contractors.
• Support RFP development, evaluation, and procurement documentation per DoD processes.
• Maintain program risk management, IMS/EVM integration, and status reporting for leadership.
