Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead DoD programs at Randolph AFB, TX. You will manage legacy sustainment and new acquisition efforts, provide executive-level guidance, and coordinate acquisition strategies with the HR Systems Division.

The ideal candidate has DoD program management experience, strong Agile and tools proficiency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced defense environment with a security clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 8+ years program experience, 5 in DoW.
• 15 years of related experience with proper certifications.
• Knowledge of DoWI 5000.75/5000.02 to acquire/sustain software.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence.
• Secret Clearance; ability to start (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise for legacy sustainment programs and new acquisition programs.
• Advise on acquisition strategies, PM principles, and governance.
• Develop Integrated Master Schedules with interdependencies for HR Systems.
• Support HR Systems Division strategic and enterprise planning activities.
