Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/ESG at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA. You will lead system-level analyses, develop and validate requirements, and produce technical documentation across acquisition and sustainment lifecycles.

The role emphasizes MBSE, risk management, and collaboration with government and IPTs to deliver integrated C2ISR capabilities. Onsite with standard work hours and clearances preferred.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years supporting the DoW.
• Architectures development & implementation.
• Modeling & simulation; MBSE principles; verification & validation.
• Technical data package development/sustainment.
• Configuration management principles.
• Experience with network architectures, embedded systems, cloud deployment, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with DoW Acquisition processes including Technology Maturation, Risk Reduction, EMD, Production & Deployment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Warfare and/or Air Combat operations, live aircrew training, TTP development, Range Infrastructure architectures/systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend improved plans to align with requirements and budgets.
• Evaluate designs and test results to verify performance against specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation and management reports for planning, implementation, and corrective actions.
• Provide engineering support across acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, evolution, deployment, and operations.
