Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to support AFLCMC/ES. This hybrid role at Hanscom AFB, MA involves developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules and related artifacts for the ESS portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPM scheduling, MS Project/Open Plan, and coordination with government stakeholders on complex defense programs. U.S. citizenship and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/professional discipline required; minimum 5 years DoW-related scheduling exp or 8+ years in DoW programs.
• Experience developing IMS/IMP, WBS, and enterprise IMS across multiple programs required.
• Must obtain/maintain Secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level scheduling support across multiple programs and upgrades.
• Develop, manage, and maintain IMS/IMP/WBS and EIMS with proper task linkages.
• Monitor inputs from IPTs, contractors, and stakeholders and consolidate into master schedule.
