DCS Corp in Hanscom AFB, MA, is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead DoD acquisition programs within AFLCMC/ES. The role focuses on planning, assessment, and management of cost, schedule, and performance across complex weapons systems and lifecycle programs.

You will provide expert program management support for DoD requirements, generate acquisition reports, participate in reviews, and coordinate with government PMs to ensure successful execution. U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with extensive DoD program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Program Management support to assist Government PMs in meeting FAR, DoDI 5000.02, and related guides.
• Develop, maintain, and revise acquisition reports for program requirements and milestone approvals.
• Support PM reviews, IMP/IMS reviews, and senior management briefings with status updates and schedules.
• Correlate EVM cost performance with IMS CDRLs to ensure cost and schedule alignment.
• Prepare inputs for RFPs including system specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
