Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support AFLCMC/HB programs at Hanscom AFB, MA. This full-time hybrid role focuses on acquisition documentation for major milestones and E7 program support.

Requirements include U.S. Citizenship, a related Bachelor's degree with 12 years (or 15 years with DoW experience), and an Active Secret Clearance. Torch offers ESOP participation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct program portfolio reviews and design/system-level tests to ensure performance.
• Review designs and test results for compliance with specifications.
• Prepare documentation and management reports for planning and actions.
• Perform system validations and develop criteria and procedures.
• Provide technical support including acquisition, development, integration, and sustainment.
• Support risk management activities per AF SEAM processes.
• Conduct formal trade studies considering performance, cost, and schedule.
• Offer recommendations through reviews, audits, and analyses.
