Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the Naval Shipboard Portfolio. The role supports the NSMS program under the Growth organization, partnering with program managers, technical leads, and functional teams to influence cost and schedule execution.

Based in the United States, you will develop estimates, manage EACs, and implement Earned Value management while ensuring compliance with DoD security requirements and government clearance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development/execution.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, risk identification and financial planning.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs, MORs, and other reporting activities.
• Maintain Earned Value Management.
• Contribute to CDLR development and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
