Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on budget development, funds management, EVMS, and program financial analysis to support acquisition programs across the PPBE process.

Qualifications include an active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI, a BA/BS with 15 years DoD experience or an MS with 10 years, and SAP/SCI experience preferred. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI (or higher)
• 15+ years DoD/government contracting experience for BA/BS
• 10+ years DoD/government contracting experience for MS
• Experience with SAP or SCI environments is desirable
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process
• Develop financial baselines and budget documentation; forecast obligations/expenditures
• Prepare and present briefings; coordinate program information
• Reconcile accounting data; produce status reports and program reviews
• Perform EVMS and schedule analysis support
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and other agencies
• Assist in contract reconciliation and closeout efforts
• Interpret DoD/DFAS guidelines in finance and accounting
