Job summary

Serco invites experienced financial managers to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, delivering expert budget and financial management for DoD acquisition programs. You will handle PPBE, baselining, forecasting, and program financial reviews, with a focus on EVMS and compliance with DoD standards.

The role requires active security clearances (SECRET with potential TS/SCI), advanced degrees, and SAP/SCI experience, with travel up to 10% CONUS.

Qualifications

Active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI access
Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years DoD/government experience
Master’s degree with 10+ years DoD/government experience
Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within last 8 years
Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS

Responsibilities

Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of PPBE (planning, programming, budgeting, execution)
Develop financial baselines and budgets; forecast obligations and expenditures
Prepare and present acquisition program financial analyses and documentation
Reconcile accounting data; produce status reports and program reviews
Support PMA analysis and budgeting tasks; manage funds across programs
Assist in acquisition strategy planning; prepare pre/post-award docs; track milestones
Research funds reconciliation using DoD systems (WAWF, ABSS, CCaRS, CRIS, DTS, FMSuite)
Perform EVMS and schedule analyses
Coordinate audits by DCAA and others; support contract closeout
Interpret DoD and DFAS guidelines in finance and accounting
