Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on financial management, budgeting, and program execution across DoD acquisition programs.

The position requires an active SECRET clearance with potential for TS/SCI, and extensive DoD budgeting experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS and the ability to work within government accounting systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with potential for TOP-SECRET/SAP access; continuous vetting status preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years DoD/government contractor experience.
• Master’s Degree with 10+ years DoD/government contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP/SCI experience within last 8 years.
• Travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process, funds management, and funds control techniques.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation; forecast obligations and expenditures.
• Assist in developing acquisition program information; conduct budget/financial analysis and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data; prepare program reviews and track unliquidated obligations.
• Provide PMA analysis including budgeting and execution tasks; assist in planning acquisition strategies.
