Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG at Tinker AFB, OK, handling budget development, funds management, and financial analysis across the PPBE cycle.

This role requires an active SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI eligibility and 15 years of DoD experience, plus willingness to travel up to 10%. You will lead financial baselines, forecast obligations, prepare briefings, and coordinate audits in a mission‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance with capability for SAP access and TS/SCI potential.
• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years relevant DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Master’s degree with 10 years relevant DoD/government/contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% CONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all phases of the PPBE process.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation with forecasting of obligations/ expenditures.
• Assist in developing acquisition program information and present briefings.
• Provide reconciliation of accounting data and program reviews.
• Perform PMA analysis and budgeting tasks for DoD programs.
• Research funds reconciliation using government databases and EVMS support.
• Coordinate audits by DCAA and contract reconciliation.
