Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Level Financial Manager to support AFLCMC/WAG activities at Tinker AFB, OK. The role focuses on financial management, budget development, and program execution across the DoD space, with responsibilities spanning PPBE, audits, and program metrics.

Ideal candidates will hold a SECRET clearance with potential for TOP-SECRET/SCI access, and possess extensive DoD finance experience including SAP/SCI environments. Contingent on clearance and program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, accounting, finance, or economics with a minimum of 15 years relevant DoD or government experience.
• Masters degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant DoD/government contractor experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and budget development support for all PPBE phases, funds management, and funds control techniques.
• Develop financial baselines and budgetary documentation, forecasting for acquisition programs.
• Assist in acquiring program information, conduct budget/financial analysis, and prepare briefings.
• Reconcile accounting data, prepare status reports, and support program reviews and unliquidated obligations disposition.
• Provide PMA analysis and manage budgeting/execution tasks across the program.
• Assist planning of acquisition strategies, PMBs, and pre/post-award documentation; track milestones.
