Job summary

Mercury Systems seeks a Principal Contracts Manager to lead contract management for the Signals Technology Business Unit. You will handle complex government contracts, draft and negotiate master agreements, and advise leadership on risk and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Business, Management, or related field.
6+ years in Contract Administration/Business Management/Finance with government or prime customers.
Experience with USG, Prime and Commercial contracts.
Familiar with common defense contracts (CR, CPFF, CPIF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and acquisition laws.
Ability to obtain a US Government Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Manage program and project contracts for line of business.
Review solicitations and prepare proposals; approve contractual documents per terms and customer specs.
Draft/Review master agreements and negotiate complex arrangements to protect company interests.
Advise on contractual rights, IP protections, OCIs, and risk mitigation.
Interface with government contracting officials and internal cross-functional teams; maintain data in databases.
Monitor contract compliance with other functions and ensure deadlines.
