Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 6+ years of directly related contract administration experience with government/prime customers.
• Experience with USG/Prime/Commercial contracts and typical defense contract types.

Responsibilities

• Manage program and project contracts across line of business.
• Review solicitations and draft/review proposals and contractual documents for compliance.
• Negotiate complex agreements to protect company interests.
• Advise on contractual rights, IP protections, and risk mitigation.
• Interface with government contracting officials and internal teams; maintain contract data.
