Qualifications

• BS degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of business development, capture management, or strategic account management in Federal Government.
• Experience identifying, qualifying, and winning opportunities valued at $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies across DoD and National Security communities.
• Lead qualification, capture planning, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with Program Managers, Contracting Officers, and industry partners.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry conferences.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic growth recommendations to executives.
