Qualifications

• 10+ years in deep foundations field operations.
• Experience with drilled piles, sheet piles, or similar foundations.
• Ability to mentor field crews and coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for field operations on one or multiple projects.
• Coordinate with superintendents and project management to plan activities.
• Review estimates, schedules, manpower requirements.
• Lead client meetings and develop client relationships.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and equipment is used properly.
• Mentor and develop field personnel.
